The previous two articles at this Substack seemed to be promoting the mainstream leftist views that vaccines (or the mRNA and adenovirus quasi-vaccines) were and remain the best way to tackle COVID-19 and that nutrition and early treatments such as the best of those listed at https://c19early.org are useless or worse. This is plain wrong, but you wouldn't know this if you never stray from the output of mainstream, wokerati-approved, media corporations, non-profits, blogs etc.
For anyone who wants to test their mainstream leftist understanding of the world, including especially the support for Pfizer and the like (massive, often rapacious, corporations - see Pfizer's USD$11B fines since 2000: https://violationtracker.goodjobsfirst.org/parent/pfizer), please read widely in the articles and sites linked to from https://unz.com , https://www.zerohedge.com , https://quillette.com and https://brownstone.org/articles/ . Some of it is utterly wrong, not least Quillette's long defense of the SARS-CoV-2 zoonotic origins hypothesis, which most commenters argued against: https://quillette.com/2023/08/19/the-lab-leak-illusion/ . Y'all should probably take a Xanax before reading "Jung Freud"'s work which appears in the Unz Review. A lot of what he writes is crap to me, but some of it I find interesting.
Pretty much everything you will find at these sites (except Quillette which strives to be woke-compatible on COVID-19) will be labelled "far right wing" etc. etc. by your correct-thinking, left-leaning, identity politics supporting, progressive buddies. So if you can't imagine that current progressivism could be wrong, you are wasting your time reading this comment.
A lot of what you will find via these sites, especially Quillette, is written by people who supported left-leaning politics in decades past, but have run screaming from it in the last decade or so as social media, identity politics, rabid support for the trans activist shit fest etc. caused progressive politics, with the support of many in government, and many big corporations, to disappear up its own inappropriate bodily orifice.
I went to some trouble to write my previous comments in the hope of catalyzing some actual discussion. I paid a subscription to do so. However, no such discussion occurred and I am cancelling my paid subscription to this and a handful of Substacks which I do find valuable, since I can't afford to pay for all of them.
